Custom or made-to-order products may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.
Shipping Options and Delivery Times:

Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost with an estimated delivery within 2-5 business days.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the package.
Free standard shipping may be available for orders exceeding a certain amount, as part of special promotions.
We offer international shipping; however, delivery times may vary based on the destination country's customs process.

- Our return window lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Receive Return Authorization
- Once your return is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Ship Your Item
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
- If you need to exchange a product for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
- If the replacement item is less expensive than the original, the difference will be refunded to the original method of payment.
