Custom or made-to-order products may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.

Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost with an estimated delivery within 2-5 business days.

International Shipping:

Return Policy

Time Frame

  • Our return window lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Conditions

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days.
  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • The product isn't used or damaged.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Process

  1. Contact Us

    • To initiate a return, please email us at Contact@louvian.com. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization

    • Once your return is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship Your Item

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  4. Inspection

    • Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Exchanges
